“And Here We Meet” is a tree art project hanging bright and colourful material sculptures around the large trees at the top of Fellowship Square. The installation, created by Sol Sato and local art students explores multiculturalism, colour and sustainable materials and will form a stunning, visual back drop to the weekend events.
Sol, or Solomon Sato, is a London-based artist. His practice pushes the boundaries of painting, sculpture and film by introducing a sensory ethnographic philosophical layer. His work is based on connections between places, objects, peoples, rituals and beliefs.
